A Sat Nav system can be your best friend when you are on the road. Whether you are going on a considerably long journey or just simply travelling to work each day, a first-rate Sat Nav is invaluable. Before you splash your cash on a TomTom or other GPS system, take your time to consider how regularly you will use it. If you only aim on using it for summer vacations, then you will acquire a totally different item than you would if you plan to use your item day after day.

If you are planning to be using your navigation unit primarily for family trips where it is likely that you will have a second person to help you navigate, then you probably do not demand a device that comes pre-installed with voice recognition. Your partner will be able to push switches & input information whilst you focus on driving correctly. However, if you intend to use your GPS unit for individual company trips, it is recommended to think about acquiring a Sat Nav that comes with voice capabilities. That way, you can go through town centres & continue to keep both hands on the steering wheel while inputting or changing your planned location. Most makes of GPS navigation units, such as Navman, have options online both with & without voice commands.

Finding the right GPS navigation system, can make a very long trip in your vehicle tremendously more pleasant for you and your co-workers. Rather than a general voice giving you orders, quite a few systems come pre-installed with hilarious or well-known celebrity voices which you can elect on. If your occupants need a short break at some stage in your journey, a satellite navigation system can aid you in finding the best location to get a bite to eat as well as stretch your legs. When you are prepared to return to the journey, your system will work out your new route and get you back on your way without any trouble. No more studying maps & atlases each and every time you stop for a break.

For the every day traveller, an excellent satellite navigation unit can save you a great deal of time in the morning commute to drive. Several of the more pricey systems offer real-time traffic broadcasts. If traffic is backed-up due to a smash or road maintenance, your navigation unit will propose another route. These traffic statements can save you a considerable amount of time in gridlock traffic, therefore getting you to your place of work on time.

Regardless of how you aim on using your GPS system, there is a model on the market that will meet your requirements completely. It is vital to make sure that you think about all your choices properly ahead of you making your final verdict. Your Sat Nav will be there no matter where the trip takes you. Find a diverse selection of technology products such as; sat navs, plasma televisions and ipod shuffle from leading brands online.

The skin is the largest of the elimination channels. Through the skin toxins are eliminated which are brought to the skin surface from the blood. When the regular elimination channels are sluggish or partial plugged up such as your colon being constipated, not all toxins move out through your feces.

Toxins that accumulate in the colon tend to move into the blood, when colon walls have been weaken through constant constipation or abused through eating excessive junk food. Once in the blood they move into the liver for detoxification.

If you are frequently constipated, than your liver will be overworked and unable to detoxify all of the colon toxins. The liver will store a lot of these toxins in its own tissue and else where in your body’s tissues, joints, organs, cells and skin. When your pores are not working properly, excessive toxins in the pores can lead to acne.

When you have excessive toxins and your immune system is not able to detoxify them, these toxins will moved to the skin surface through the blood where they are enter the hair pores - follicles - and try to move to the skin surface. When your pores are not working properly, excessive toxins in the pores can lead to acne.

Body odor is also a result of toxins coming out through the skin that should be moving out through the other elimination channels.

If your body skin is clean and its pores are open and unclogged, toxins will move out through the pores without creating acne, pimples or eruptions. The skin normally moves 1-2 pounds of toxins out of your skin daily.

You can tell when your pores are open. You sweat freely during exercise. If you do not sweat much during hot weather or during exercise, then your skin pores are probably plugged.

To keep your skin active and serving as a good channel of elimination you need to brush your skin daily before you shower or during your shower. When you brush your skin, brush in one direction, starting from your feet towards your heart.

In her book, Detox For Life, 2002, Loree Taylor Jordan, C.C.H., I.D. says,

“One of greatest gifts of health that you can give yourself is the gift of skin brushing. Dry skin brushing in one of the finest of all baths. No soap can wash the skin as clean as the new skin you have under the old. You make new skin on the body every 24 hours. The skin will only be as clean as the bloodstream. Dry skin brushing removes the top layer. This helps to eliminate uric acid crystals catarrh, and various other acids in the body. The skin should eliminate 2 pounds of waste acids daily.”

Understanding how your skin lives will help you keep it clean. Brush your skin daily and bring toxins to the skin surface where you can get rid of them during your shower.

After having experienced almost all of the traffic analysis
services available on the internet, Statcounter.com is
undeniably the best traffic analysis service. One of the best
things about Statcounter.com is that they offer a free service
package. No strings, it really is free. Another great thing is
the amount of detail that the counter produces about a website
visitor. The only possible down side of the free service is the
log size. All in all, Statcounter.com is a must have for any
website.

Statcounter.com’s free service is amazing. No ads on your site,
your visitors do not ever see anything from Statcounter.com.
Another rare thing about this free service is that they do not
send SPAM. I know that is hard to believe, but it is true. Other
than requested email from them I can not remember receiving any
emails from them. The reason for this is their high traffic
rank. Alexa (www.alexa.com) gives them a rank of 241, which
means that they are the 241st most popular site on the Internet.
With traffic like that they never have to SPAM or place ads on
your site.

The amount of detail that a webmaster receives is astonishing.
The counter tracks everything that a webmaster could ever need.
The stats include:

Popular Pages

Entry
Pages

Exit Pages

Came From

Keyword
Analysis

Recent Keyword Activity

Search Engine
Wars(What search engines users come from)

Visitor
Paths

Visit Length

Returning Visit

Recent Pageload Activity

Country/State/City/ISP

Brower

System
Stats

All of those are available on the free service. They are all
very specific and very detailed. Statcounter.com is the most
detailed free service available.

If any negative can be said, it must be said with a light touch.
The problem is that I can not fault a free service for anything
because they are giving it away for free. I very much dislike
people who criticize a company’s free service for any reason.
Given all that, the log size of the free service is limited to
100 page loads. They offer two tiers of subscription service
that can take the log size to 10,000 page loads, but the free
service is 100. I would like to see the service with a little
bigger size because it is very difficult to track trends and
long periods of time with the small log size. Again, I must
repeat, that is not criticism, just a little wishful thinking.

I do not work for Statcounter.com; in fact, I am the president
of MVP Internet Solutions. I am writing this article because I
feel that all webmaster should use this service. Please do not
take my word for it. Check them out, you will see.

A Sat Nav can save you a lot of time when on the road. Whether you are going on a long drive or just travelling to the office weekly, a first-class satellite navigation system can be well worth the cash spent. Before you get a TomTom or any other navigation unit, consider how you will primarily use it. If you only aim on needing it for family outings, you will get an entirely different model than you would if you aim to use your system day after day. Find a diverse selection of technology products such as; sat navs, digital photo frames and panasonic televisions from leading brands online.

If you are planning to be using your satellite navigation unit primarily for family journeys where it is likely for you to have a co-pilot to help you navigate, then you probably do not require a product with voice identification. Your spouse will easily be able to push buttons and type in destinations while you focus on driving safely. Yet, if you intend to use your GPS navigation system for solo company trips, it is recommended to think about getting hold of a Sat Nav system with voice capabilities. That way, you can go through towns & keep both hands on the wheel whilst inputting or changing your intended location. Most manufactures of satellite navigation units, for instance Sony, have units online both with & without voice functions.

Procuring the proper GPS navigation unit, can make a long drive in your vehicle much more tolerable for you as well as your family. Rather than a general voice giving you directions, a number of systems come installed with hilarious or celebrity voices which you can pick. If your family requires a short break at some point in your excursion, a GPS navigation system can aid you in finding the best place to get a nibble to eat and have a coffee. When you are prepared to return to the expedition, your unit will work out your new route & get you back on the motorway without any trouble. Therefore, this means no more fumbling with maps and atlases every time you stop.

For the every day traveller, an excellent GPS navigation system can without doubt save you a great deal of time in the morning commute. Some of the more costly products provide real-time traffic messages. If traffic is jammed due to a crash or road works, your navigation system will recommend an alternative route. These traffic messages can save you a substantial amount of time in traffic jams, therefore getting you to your work on schedule.

No matter how you aim to use your GPS system, there is a product that will suit your demands perfectly. It is very important to make sure that you analyse all your available options carefully ahead of you making your final conclusion. Your GPS navigation system will be there no matter where the drive takes you.

Sometimes we take things for granted, especially when it comes to performing the basic exercises that constitute the core of most bodybuilders’ training regimes.

It is useful, therefore, to describe in detail the processes involved in actually doing these exercises. This will help beginners to start out using the correct techniques before moving on to potentially more dangerous heavy weights. If it also helps more experienced lifters to redress some of the little faults that have almost imperceptibly crept in over the years, all the better.

How would you feel if you found a link on the web that was interesting to you but when you click the link it takes you to a page that is total rubbish? You are not only disappointed but it also wastes your time. Unfortunately, this is often true in many cases. To get a good ranking, often web page designers use “spamdexing”. Spamdexing search engines is the practice of deliberately and dishonestly modifying HTML pages to artificially increase the chance of them ranking close to the top of search engine results. This spamming could result in your site getting banned from search engine indices.

To avoid getting banned by search engines make it sure that when a search engine sends spiders to your site it doesn’t find any spamming technique in use.

Hidden or Invisible Links:

One reason why you could be banned by a search engine, is when you are creating multiple sites on the same or similar topic and linking them all together through invisible links. But you really need to have unique content on each and every site and not link them all together where it really doesn’t make sense to do so. If you are interested in learning more about spamming then you should read this article: Missing Backlinks in Google - High Rankings Advisor.

Keyword Stuffing:

Most modern search engines have the ability to determine overuse of a word to increase the keyword frequency on a page. They also have the ability to analyze a page for keyword stuffing, and determine whether the frequency is above a normal level. So, while designing your site, remember not to stuff keywords or else you run the risk of getting banned.

Meta tag Stuffing:

Do not repeat keywords in the meta tags more than once, and do not use keywords that are unrelated to the site’s content. If it isn’t represented in the text content, it shouldn’t be in the meta tags.

Hidden Text:

Putting text (usually keywords) where visitors will not see them, in order toincrease a page’s keyword relevancy. This is commonly done by making some text the same as the
background color of the page.

Cloaking:

Cloaking is a very borderline method, in which visitors and search engines receive different versions of a page, and should be considered very carefully.

Link spamming:

Google page ranking algorithm gives a higher ranking to a website the more other websites link to it. Some spammers may create multiple web sites at different domain names that all link to each other.

Spamming refers to practices or techniques that are dishonest. To optimize your ranking, do not use any technique that will encourage search engines to ban you. Instead you should emphasize on how to optimize for your visitors. So remember the tips regarding spamming when you are designing your web site, and avoid getting banned by the search engines.

You may have heard the term Voip used a lot in the media, but are not sure what everyone is so excited about. Here you will find the answers to your most sought after Voip technology questions.

What is Voip technology?

Technically, VOIP is Voice Over Internet Protocol, or voices traveling over internet lines and wires like other information would. So, what does this mean to you? A lot. Even if you don’t have a clue what Voip technology is, you may still be utilizing it everyday if you have a digital phone line or if you use a microphone hooked into your computer to speck to others while you are connected to the internet.

What is Voip technology going to do for me?

Digital phone and services like it keep costs down for the company, which is passed on to the
consumer. It is usually much cheaper then a traditional land phone line, especially if you want extras such as caller ID and call forwarding.

What is Voip technology going to lack?

As great as Voip technology may be, there are some drawbacks that one using it for your phone service should realize. First, most digital phone companies do not provide access to emergency assistance numbers, such as 911 for those in the US. This may leave your household vulnerable if you use digital phone. Some consumers overcome this by keeping a basic plan with there traditional phone company provider or have a cell phone available in case of an emergency.

Another drawback to Voip technology in the form of digital phone is that if your power goes out, so does your phone. When you have a service through a traditional phone company, you can still access your line even during power outages as long as you do not need a second power source to run it (ex: cordless phones need a second power source to run, so when the power goes out so does your phone). This is not so with digital phone. However, once again having a basic plan with your traditional phone company or having a cell phone on hand may remedy this problem.

What is Voip technology overall?

Voip technology can be an asset to anyone. It keeps the cost of having a land phone line cheap while still allowing us to communicate verbally without having to rely solely on cell phones. The next time you are taking a look at your high-price phone bill from your phone company, take another look at digital phone and Voip technology in general. You may rack up savings that you never even knew existed.

Natural mined diamonds have been coming under a lot of heat recently. Award-winning journalist Cecil Adams sums it up the best in a recent article: “diamonds are a scam, pure and simple.” Most people in the new millennium understand that between the DeBeers diamond cartel, the issue of child labor in Third World diamond processing operations, and “blood diamonds” used to finance oppression and genocide in Third World African countries, not to mention your snooty and pretentious local jeweler, diamonds are just not worth the hassle, guilt, and let’s not forget thousands and thousands of questionably spent dollars.

Lately, new synthetic diamonds have come on the market that have all of the look, appeal, and glittering beauty of natural diamonds, but without the baggage, and at a fraction of the cost.

Since moissanite burst upon the scene in the late 90s, it has created quite a stir. Moissanite is gem-quality silicon carbide. The production of moissanite is a proprietary process and it is available only from C3 Inc, a division of Cree Research.

When moissanite was first introduced to the market it created a great deal of publicity. This was due to the fact that moissanite would often fool a jeweler into thinking it was a natural diamond. Both the Nova and 20/20 TV news shows did segments featuring hidden cameras showing jewelers fooled and embarrassed by moissanite. What was actually happening though was not quite so simple.

Jewelers generally rely on something called a “thermal-probe” to detect a fake diamond. Thermal probes work well with cubic zirconia, for instance. Moissanite, however, has a thermal conductivity that is very close to diamond. They were able to fool the older thermal probes. The fact of the matter is though; moissanite really just does not look that much like diamond. The two substances have radically different optical properties. These differences are clearly visible to the naked eye. It was obvious in both the Nova and 20/20 segments that the jewelers were clearly confused. They kept looking at the stone and then testing at and saying things like, “Well, I guess it must be real.” What they were really saying is “Well, I guess it must be real, but it sure is a weird looking diamond!”

Problems with Moissanite as a Diamond Stimulant

Anisotropy
Unlike natural diamonds, or some of the better quality synthetic diamonds like those available from Diamond Nexus Labs, (http://www.diamondnexuslabs.com) moissanite stones have an optical quality known as “hexagonal polytypic.” What this means is that moissanite is doubly-refractive. And because of this they create a strong visual effect known as “birefringence.” This is visually seen as a doubling of the stone’s back facets that creates a marked “drunk-vision” effect.

Dispersion
Moissanite has a dispersive power nearly 2.5 times greater than that of diamond. This creates what’s known as the “disco-ball” effect. Some think that this excess fire is beautiful; others think it cheap and fake looking.

Color
It is impossible to produce a pure white moissanite. The stones have a quality known as “fluorescence” that causes them to appear slightly green or gray. This effect is much greater under natural light. In the jewelry store a moissanite dealer will always show the stones under a pink tinged light, as this tends to cancel out the fluorescence. Many people say they loved their moissanite ring until they got it into the sunlight.

Cost
Due to its relatively extensive manufacturing process and the fact that it is only available from one source, moissanite tends to be quite expensive (though still cheap when compared to diamonds) good quality moissanite stones run around $520 per caret.

Better Synthetic Diamond Alternatives
In the last two years there have been almost miraculous breakthroughs in the science of synthetic diamond creation. There are several new processes that create gemstones that are virtually indistinguishable from natural diamonds. One of the best I have found are the gemstones available from www.DiamondNexusLabs.com. I recently did independent research for several synthetic diamond companies and found their products to be among the best.

Diamond Nexus gemstones cut glass, they have brilliance, dispersion and radiance factors that are very close to mined diamond, and best of all, as they are new in the US market, they are priced at an incredible $79 per caret. This is a bargain that probably will not last.

Conclusion
Moissanite stones are beautiful in their own right. They offer great sparkle and flash. However, if you truly are trying to purchase a gemstone that comes as close as possible to the properties of a natural diamond moissanite is not the best choice.

To help you unearth the best theatre packages, you have to consider the benefits contained in the package as well as make sure that the terms & conditions are on the mark.

Maybe the best way in which to find London theatre offers is to go online. Here you can find sites specialising in the purchasing of theatre tickets simply by using Internet search engines such as Google, Yahoo or Bing, or alternatively through online directories like DMOZ & the Yahoo Directory.

These specific websites will normally let you to look for deals based upon different preferences like the play you want to go and look at, the date, the time of the show, book-in date, number of nights, type of room, & transport choices. The search engines will show all the packages to be had that match your wishes together with price listings.

Usually the amount of the price reduction will grow with the amount of items that you add in the theatre package, since this allows the company offering the deal to reduce more while still generating a nice profit. So, when you add train travel in your theatre deal you will receive a substantially better savings deal. Find the best London theatre bookings online.

It is recommended that you check to see if the business or internet site offers to better the prices of all its existing rivals. Unquestionably this is a good way of guaranteeing that you are acquiring the best available price from the heaps of London theatre packages sold. You have to make sure though that what you are comparing is equal in regards of extras when considering packages. For instance, only check hotel & London theatre show packages that include the same plays, venues, & accommodation, with the exact same options applied. For example, one theatre package may perhaps only offer a buffet dinner, while the other might perhaps include a continental dinner, all at the exact same hotel. Two London theatre packages might perhaps appear exactly similar however in actual fact one might perhaps offer a liberal termination policy whilst the other might not.

It is also necessary to ensure that the show offers are financially assured. Since service can be different from one theatre deal to another, it is a good idea to try and find testimonials or to get recommendations from previous customers. It is also very important to check to see if the call centres offer an excellent service & if theatre goers needs are satisfactorily met during their theatre stay. With a some effort you ought to be capable of getting the best theatre and hotel package around at present.

Successful Realtors know the importance of branding their
identities into the consciousness of the communities in
which they live, like the big boys; Pepsi, McDonald’s,
Burger King, and other companies we know and have come to
trust.

Why is branding important? Think about it! When you want a
soda do you buy an unknown off-brand just because it’s
cheap?

Or, do you reach for a Coke? I’m a Pepsi guy myself, but you
get my drift!

And why do you do that? Because there’s comfort in
familiarity and you know what you’re getting when you buy
it.

We spend mega bucks on name brand products just because
we’ve been inundated with their marketing campaign messages.

Don’t believe me? Try this! Quick, who said “Have It Your
Way”; “Soup and Sandwich, Soup and Sandwich”; “Oh, I wish I
was an ____ ____ ____, that is what I truly want to Be…”.
Point made!

People support businesses and products that they are
comfortably familiar with, even when the familiarity is
solely based on marketing campaigns, while avoiding the
unknowns.

The same is true for homeowners wanting to list properties
for sale with real estate agents. Unless there’s a
compelling reason to do so they’re not going to list their
property with a rookie agent, or worst yet somebody who’s
been in the business for years, but who hasn’t really been
in the business. Know what I mean?

Now, we may not like it but we do understand it. Still, it’s
difficult for newly licensed and even some veteran real
estate agents to make a living selling real estate because
of it.

So how does this impact you? It doesn’t if you have
thousands of dollars and can afford a couple of years to get
beyond it.

But if you’re relatively new to the profession and have
limited resources you just might have a problem.

Established agents have already put in time and money
cultivating their images, and when people in their
respective communities want to buy or sell real estate they
think of them - not you.

So, what can you do about it? Lots actually, but for now
I’ll focus on one thing; farming prospects.

Why? Because when done right you can easily put hundreds of
business cards, letters and other marketing materials in the
hands of known sellers and potential buyers every month.

Simply stated, the more people you contact the sooner you
brand yourself as an agent worthy of consideration. Anything
short of this is whistling in the wind.

Take a moment and honestly assess your situation. How many
contacts are you presently averaging - daily, weekly,
monthly?

Are they random contacts (shotgun approach) of people who
might be interested in your services, or with real prospects
known to need services right now (laser beam approach)?

A good real estate listing system can help put you on a fast
track to gaining name recognition within your community in
months, instead of years. And it won’t cost you thousands of
dollars to implement.

Let me suggest, though, that you avoid systems that appear
complicated, or that are hundreds of pages long. If it takes
days to read and weeks to comprehend whose really going to
read it and follow through to boring completion, anyway? Not
me!

Also, consider the following before committing to a
particular listing system.

1. Does it come with a satisfaction money back guarantee?

2. If you’re buying on line is a contact name and phone
number readily available on the website?

3. Can you reach anybody or get a response to a message when
you call before buying?

If the answers to any of the above are a resounding “no”
then I suggest that you put your credit card back in your
pocket and continue looking.

Proceed with caution, but do proceed, as you need a system
that’ll give you a competitive advantage.

Summarily, a good real estate listing system can help you
brand yourself relatively quickly. So, get one as soon as
you can and start claiming your share of the market!
